1. Purpose of the service

Agento is an appointment and customer management system for professionals and service businesses (e.g., barbershops, nail studios, gyms). Through the platform you can organize your schedule, manage bookings, and communicate with your clients.

2. User account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Agento only in accordance with applicable law and for legitimate professional purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Using the platform for spam or abusive communication.
• Attempting to access other users' data or non-public systems.
• Modifying, copying, or distributing parts of the code or service without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (logos, texts, interfaces, design, code) is the intellectual property of the Agento team or its partners and is protected by applicable law. You retain full rights to your own brand, materials, and content that you upload.

5. Content you upload

You are solely responsible for the content (texts, images, client details) that you enter into the system. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use it and that it does not violate third-party rights or personal data laws.

6. Pricing & subscriptions

Prices and packages are displayed on the "Pricing" page. Any price changes will be announced in a timely manner and will apply to future billing periods. Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance of the new pricing terms.

7. Availability & modifications

We make efforts to keep Agento available without interruption, but there may be periods of maintenance or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or upgrade service features, provided this improves functionality or security.

8. Limitation of liability

Agento is provided "as is" for professional use. We cannot guarantee that any feature will always be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data that may arise from the use of the service.

9. Termination of use

You may discontinue use of the service at any time. We reserve the right to disable or restrict access to an account that systematically violates the terms or puts the security of the service or other users at risk.

10. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we handle personal data.

11. Governing law

The terms are governed by Greek law, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of your country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, by the competent courts.
