How we got here

A problem from the shop

Theodosis ran Mr Barberos and had tried every booking system on the market. They were the same for everyone: whenever he wanted something different for his shop, the answer was always “that’s not possible”.

The first app, for one shop

They designed and tested it together, inside the shop: online booking, a waiting list, points and an app under the Mr Barberos name on the App Store and Google Play, with real clients from day one.

Agento, for every appointment business

The same system now runs a barbershop and a gym, and it is open to every barbershop, studio and gym that wants a calmer way to work.

So far, more than 40,000 appointments have been booked through Agento, 12,000+ of them online without a single phone call. Commission on those? Zero.
